A redesign of her royal highness, Deiji Hime. She kinda looks older now, huh?Additionally, this picture goes out to for having made this lovely picture for me and the princess Daisy appreciation cause, [link] and too all the other Daisy fans out there as well. UNITE, UNITE!

I like this...a lot. She finally became a queen! Hmmm, I don't know if her elbows are bent, but it looks like her upper arms are a little too long. I would have LOVED to see the rest of the dress too.
I love that you mixed her old design with her current one. Her hair is just to die for!

In Super Smash Bros. I always play as Daisy! She rules. >w< (They made Mario and Luigi separate characters in Brawl, why not Peach and Daisy?!)

I know, that's not fair! I use the Daisy color palette for Peach and just think of her as Daisy, too. But it's not the same without Daisy's spunky voice and attitude. Peach is still awesome tho!

I love Peach because her attacks are super-powerful, while being just girly enough to drive my friend insane when I KO Solid Snake with her Peach Bomber booty bounce attack. XD

Yah! xD That's what makes her so great, she's deceptively powerful and so nonchalant at the same time. I personally think it's ~GREAT~ that she skips around as a means of walking, she didn't do that in Melee. Skipping is just the icing on the Peach cake. x3 And doing the "La lala la laa laaa" taunt after KOing someone is the extra extra icing. o.o

Hallow, Elz! Hehehe. I love this picture, although, even though she is supposed to be rounder that Peach, I think she's a bit TOO round.....But then again, that's just my opinion. I still love it though!

Good gravy, dude. It's hard to figure out where to begin with this, as it feels many different points of discussion are jumping out at me all at once. One thing is clear, and that's the fact that you definitely put some time and mental energy into the overall design of this. It looks like you took a bit of old and new in terms of Daisy's dress design and added even more of a flowery touch to it. After that, you then decided that you wanted to give it your own special twist. If anything, it's all so extravagant to the point it's a bit disappointing there's no way to get a more complete view of the dress.
Now, as for Daisy's design, you clearly opted for a more mature look, and I mean that in just about every sense of the word. The more obvious indications of this is clearly the way you did her figure and eyes, but her expression, pose, hair, and even tiara also presents the look and feel of a personality that's more fitting for an older person of her status. That's not saying that you it replaces the energy and attitude of Daisy, but it does suggest that perhaps you wanted to reveal a different side of her character.
Combine all of what I just said with solid lineart, coloring, and a fittting background, and you have something that's very fresh and a good indication that you didn't want to spare any expense with this. It also shows that you have your own unique vision about the character should be displayed at least every once in a blue moon. There really isn't a lot here to dislike, regardless of if you like Daisy or not.
Now, if you didn't want to read those three paragraphs, here's something shorter to sum it up. Superb work!

Yeah, I was thinking that maybe she has more of a queen-ly appearance this way... Which makes me wonder, why aren't Peach or Daisy queens of their lands, instead of princesses? Hmmm. Maybe they have to go through some royalty training first, or something.

Haha, it's really quite the opposite of what you say for the most part. I just enjoying commenting on work such as yours, that's all. I don't try to put any pressure or expectations on anyone, but if it helps motivate someone, more power to them. In all seriousness and honesty, I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't fun for me as well.
To answer your question, I'm not entirely sure, since the whereabouts on the parents of these two princesses are pretty much non-existant. You bring up a really good point in regards to some kind of training being required, but I personally haven't put too much thought into this topic. Anyways, "queen-ly" does sound quite accurate about the design, now that I think about it.

She looks really different from the usual way you draw her. 
She looks like a real princess, what with all the ornaments and her regal expression. The only thing I'd like to gripe about is her arms and how they hang kinda weird. I dunno, but she looks kinda uncomfortable. :/ That's just me, tho', and don't bother with fixing it, 'cus I'm sure it'd take a heck of a lot of work.
And I honestly DO NOT KNOW HOW some people can talk on the phone so much.....*listens to her roommate going on and on in the background* ><;

I tried to fix the arms without messing with them too much, and her hands too. This is as good as I could get them to look.
So I know what ya mean, but I think I just gave up after a while!
