She did the lineart, I gots the coloring.
Her drawing of Lucca is absolutely ADORABLE, yes? YES. "YES! This is deh-LISHUSS!"
I love how Ayla is so bad*ss, she can destroy enemies of all sizes with just a stick.
Crono's hair was fun!

Good coloring! How long did it take to color? I love how Ayla is drawn. I suck at drawing Ayla for some reason. On a random note this version of Lucca the line artist did reminds me of Velma from Scooby Doo for some reason.

Didn't take that long at all to color the lineart, did it in one sitting.
Lucca reminded me of Velma too, once I started coloring her orange jacket thing. I was like 'whoa, Velma?'.

One of the best role players ever...for personal reasons i am more attached to secret of mana but this is definitely in my top 5 list. The 90s and high school are calling back to me LOL.

Oh yah, I can say that Secret of Mana actually means a little more to me than Chrono Trigger does, too. SoM is just... GOD, what a magnificent game, words just don't do it justice.

Ya it was my first full role playing exp. My first rpg video game was dragon warrior and i had no idea wth i was doing LOL, i just walked around leveling. Zelda for NES was next but there is some debate on its RPGish-ness and thus is often dubbed roleplay action/adventure.
ENTER: Secret of Mana's commercial in the early 90s ,and a 13 year old instantly in love. After renting it a couple of times, i got schooled by my best friend that i have known for about 15 years now. Coincidentally, i got into board role players as well.

I am a casual gamer...lol, i just keep stuff that i like from 80s and 90s and have been around for those golden years!
I was 5 in 85 and my first gaming experience was the atari 2600 (?) or some thing like that...mine was broke so i played my cousins...but if it was mine i would still have it to this day no doubt!

I still have my SNES copy, too, got it back in '93 I believe, for my birthday.
My first console was an Atari, too, hehe, I still own one.
I want to get the DS version of CT too, tho. On the go RPGing is great!

Old Nintendo and Super Nintendo commercials ruled because they actually showed the gameplay for more than 5 seconds without having some really stupid set up gimmicky thing going on with real actors.

My snes is there, but finding the a copy is close to nil. Unless I manage to pay 80 dollars on ebay, but I'm already poor as is as a college student... Course I COULD rom it.
I'd play it on snes if I had it, but I get the new releases to see how it's changed (plus my ds is like a third leg to me, I take it everywhere)

If i wasn't such a fool, i would still have my NES and Atari games from the 80s but all my snes 90s games are still intact. Its good to have some hand held action, but i must admit i am not a big fan of PlayStation remakes unless the experience is completely new.
Its either you play retro or you don't...ja know what i mean ?!? Its probably why i still play the original FF4 (2 U.S.) on the snes, i just value that classic experience more imo.
Now if its previously unreleased titles that's different

mm is why I preferre to keep my old sonic games, and the collection of nes games in a box. they can remake them all they want, but games were their prime when first created. now it's just for money. So, I only get them when I really want to see it again and I don't have my old copies.
(I don't own the ps3, 360, wii for those reasons I assume.)
Maybe I'm old or something, but finding a good game these days is getting harder and harder.
