Midnight Bliss genderswapped Zabel Zarock/Lord Raptor+Le Marta.I had this weird and very random urge to start drawing this, yesterday. I might finish another sketch of her later, which looks a little less zombiefied than this one does.
Drawn while listening to "Forever Torment"-Zabel Zarock& Victor Von Gerdenheim's theme song.

Midnight Bliss is one of the moves that should return if there is a new game released. I remember playing this when I was much younger and just being curious about how it effected every character, including the female ones.

I think that when there are crossover Capcom fighting games, they put Demitri in them just because he can do the Midnight Bliss.
Like Capcom Fighting Jam, for example. :3
Oh, and that one Capcom vs. SNK game, too, he was in it.

Well the MB (Midnight Bliss) does have a bit of a following and is popular with the fans. Which is kinda weird but neat at the same time. I think Anakaris had an attack that turns them into objects, toys and other things like that. The last one you were thinking of was SVC: Chaos. I think someone had a similar moves that turns people into animals or monster versions of themselves. It's kinda amusing.

So is this character supposed to be a male? But you drew it female instead? XD Crazy gender-swapping can be so fun sometimes. Wonderful coloring on that monster's eye. My eye (lol) is always drawn back to it. Other than that, though, I love how you color hair. It's got a unique style to it. Same goes for the skin. Awesome work. = D

I cheated and used the oC line tool, for her guitar strings. ;.; It saved me time and aggravation of doing them the normal way. I can't make a simple, short straight line by my own hand without messing it up, let alone 5 very long ones.
Oh, the cyclops monster is named Le Marta, that's her multi-purpose little buddy in the video games!
Yes, is 'sposed to be a male zombie, which I plan to also draw some time. The reason he's genderflipped is because in Vampire Savior/Darkstalkers 3, there's a certain attack that a certain character named Demitri can perform that turns his enemies into females for a few seconds. This is how Zabel looks under the Midnight Bliss attack's influence, except for the fact that her mouth is not zombified at all (I wanted to add that feature of the picture in, for fun).
I actually liked coloring her hair! Which is weird, I usually hate doing that. x3 I think that I had approached the process a little bit differently than I usually do, and it worked out to be more fun this way.

I only use Photoshop now for when I have to resize something I've drawn in oC. I can't really get the hang of PS' tools anymore, they don't feel or look right, somehow. Too much oC practice for me, I think?
Yah, getting textures to look good is important, but sometimes pretty frustrating. ._.

Yeah, I think it's too hard to change between programs when you can do most everything in one, yeah? OC's great for painting, but Photoshop makes everything else easier. Hehe.

If I could do all the little tricks and things that PS lets us do, with oC 1.1, that would be sweet.
The later versions of oC have more features to them, but I don't have those versions. Plus, there's no networking in them, for some lame reason.
