Can you please draw Quasi towards the end of the movie when he's chained up and the Gargoyles say, "after all we're just made of stone. We just thought you were made o' something stronger." His determined face was great and the light hit his face just right.

I loved the part at the end of the movie where the little girl touches his face. That bought tears to my eyes!!

i literally cry so much at everything in it - where he saves esmeralda, and when he thinks she dead and when he acceps pheobus and her as a couple!

There was a lot to cry about in that movie. It's my all-time favorite mostly because it WAS dark and totally unlike most Disney animated films. It was so beautifully done.

Yes the book is notoriously hard to read. Disney's movie got a lot of crap from people who said it was too different from the book but I felt Disney did a good adaptation for an animated film, and there is not ONE FILM that is true to the book, because all the characters in there die tragically except for Phoebus. It's a very intense book.Β

Well it's GOOD don't get me wrong, and it goes into great depth about Frollo. I did not care for the characters of Esmeralda who was flighty, young and dumb, and Phoebus, who was no hero but shallow and vain. It was Frollo and Quasimodo that I was most interested in. In the Disney movie though they depicted Esmeralda as being older, strong, wise, and tough, and so that was why she was my favorite heroine, and likewise they depicted Phoebus as at least being heroic and humorous.Β

yeah i think its gonna be like es msierables - like the bishop and cosette and marius are the main characters liek they are in the film, but javert and eponine arnt shown as much
