Typical weekday night....Darkwing Duck fought some crime....José spent the day being a typical malandro....Top Cat had hustled enough saps for the day....they did the club last weekend....how about just kicking back for once with a deck of cards?This idea had been sitting in my head for a while. I wanted this to represent some of animations coolest bachelors, and what better bachelor-type activity to do then play some cards eh? I suck at games like poker, it's way too complicated for me. Blackjack's more of my thing. I went for a strong poster edge filter on this to evoke more of a gritty city-type feel.
The enviorment is based off of Top Cat's Manhattan alleyway as seen in the cartoon (notice the police call box that Dibble uses?).

As for the little details in this, I like the angle you put in here. Looking slightly up at them really helps to set that certain tone you were looking for.
