Ratchet looks fierce, and the blaster is an interesting choice (maybe because you get it early and it serve faithfully throughout pretty much the entire game)...but if intensity was your goal, I would highly recommend THE RYNO.

That's what I was thinking...but it's only the Blaster (if you've played the first Ratchet and Clank, you'll know that it's small-sized, but it's a reliable weapon tried and true, notably for something as early-on as it).
