You can submit films if you want
Anyone can submit films here. You just have to apply; that keeps the film gallery free from copyrighted material and things like that

how many frames was it?

Hmm, I'm not sure how many frames it was, I made it a while ago. I think it was shot at around 24 frames per second, and it's about 11 seconds long, so maybe around 264 frames?

Well don't get upset. This was done with a lot of 'tweening'(?). Basically I set up some parameters, then let the program make all the animation happen. Still took a few hours to complete, but it's not like I did each frame by hand.
