Hahah, it's finally done. This was drawn for ~Order-of-Crystoldia 's first contest. For the contest, participants had to draw or write something about Lateon or the Comission Chronicles series. I chose to do an aerial view of Lateon flying over the ocean.Obviously, I drew Lateon myself. The background was done with a custom brush, and I take no credit at all for it. The brush is completely copyright to ~Scully7491 .
Weeelll, I had fun drawing this. Especially the Guidecrystal. Much playing around with effects and dodging there. I made sparklies on his wings and tails because, after all, Eons have mirror fragments in their feathers, so it stands to reason that wherever light hits them, they should shine.
And if anyone were to look closely, they would see tiny sparkles on the rest of his feathers...
Mm. I got help with the Guidecrystal and the small sparklies. Credit for helping me goes to ~Smash-Rat .

Ah, thank you. Really it was only photoshop's glow filter so I did nothing. In fact this art is suuuuuper old - if you want some better stuff, you should look at my recent art! Haha.

I'm still fairly new to the club but does Lateon have his arms by his side's or are they hidden?
Lateon himself has a realistic touch which is probably the lighting and things do tend to look sharper when wizzing through the air *whether thats coincidence or not is anyone guess

Yes, he has his arms folded in, to assist in acceleration.
Yeah, I tried to make the lighting as exact as I could, considering the Latis are feathered, and have sparkly feathers at that.
I admit to the "sharpness" being coincidence.
