HIPPOCAMPUS STATE a beautiful shiny bubble maker with a super sleek body, long
flowy fins and an overall soft, bright look
EQUINE STATE a replica of its water state with a bending topsail that can stand erect
or fall down along the spine. optional always-wet coat that never ever grows a winter coat

WHAT'S THE PACKAGE?
this beautiful baby has a couple of optional packages.
basic $25: the hippocampus design, the mini reference, and a pixel
moderate $50: the hippocampus design, the mini reference, a pixel, and an equine state drawing placed on one of my adoptable lines
advanced $100: the hippocampus design, the mini reference, a pixel, equine-state drawing on adoptable lines, a bust drawing, and a manipulation *option for a character write up to help you develop this beautiful thang

PRICING DETAILS & POSSIBILITIES
I can hold payment up to 24 hours. All final totals will be subject to paypal fees. Payment is to be made in USD only, sorry! Edits are available to add such things as horns, hair, cloven hooves, additional markings, etc. This design will be sold to first come first serve, it is not an auction style.
