Grammar Nazi1- Someone who believes it's their duty to attempt to correct any grammar and/or spelling mistakes they observe. Usually found hanging around Irc chatrooms hounding "n00bs".
2- A person who uses proper grammar at all times, esp. online in emails, chatrooms, instant messages and webboard posts; a proponent of grammatical correctness. Often one who spells correctly as well.
3- A person who believes proper grammar (and spelling) should be used by everyone whenever possible.

I'm a Grammar Nazi! I don't always use correct grammar but I do believe everyone should be writing at least at a high school level, considering we have free school in America.

I hate it when people insist on using incorrect grammar or spelling all the time. If you didnt know, its ok, you know now. Though, I hate when people are such idiots to misspell on purpose.

I'm not so much a stickler for spelling. I have horrible spelling. However, I can't stand poor grammar. I always end up correcting my peers.
I really don't like when people screw things up by saying "I seen her at the market yesterday." I always have to say "I believe it is I saw her at the market yesterday."
