Ok WHY dose EVERYBODY keep asuming mewtwo and lucario are clones? It's stupid and anoying as all hell. If you played melee and brawl and payed close attention to their fighting styles, you'd see that both are different in every way. Mewtwo wouldn't be a clone of lucario, the ONLY thing similar is the neutral B moves THAT IS ALL.

Now the question is, how would their Mega Evolutions work?
I suppose Mega Lucario would have a power buff and a shorter Aura strength scale (that is, it reaches max power at a lower damage level).
Mega Mewtwo...I guess certain moves could swap him/her between the X and Y forms, kind of like Cecil in Dissidia.

Yes. Please, yes.
I really hope that they'll be like they were in Project M. That would be so awesome!

I hope that both return, but I really don't want the MegaMetwos in it.

They...already did. Only similar moves were their standard specials.

The only similar move was Aura Sphere/Shadow Ball. Lucario's other specials are not based on Mewtwo's at all.

And even then, Shadow Ball kept an erratic path throughout all charges. Lesser-charged Aura Spheres just had a steady sine path.

Mewtwo might make it in, but Lucario is 4th gen. and pokemon is on 5th or 6th gen. its not likely. but hey, its not impossible

I prefer Lucario. I played on Brawl few times in a row and I want a comeback on SSB4

I agree. After playing both Melee and Brawl, their movesets aren't really that similar. The only thing they really have in common is their neutral special (Shadow Ball/Aura Sphere). I support having both characters in the next game.
