I LOVE THIS!
I like the green, scaley parts of the robe. It matches quite nicely with the black uniform - being neither too dark nor too bright. I usually don't like purple and green, (they clash IMO) but you've harmonized them quite nicely in this picture.

And good job keeping his body in proportion, I can never do that. I wanna draw like this someday.
