Detailing here is fantastic. That and how the husky i think that's what the dog here looks great in it's pose. Either way this gets a fave from me.

This really is a beautiful picture of a beautiful doggy. I totally like the dynamic pose and features in this piece here. The background and the snow effects are done pretty well too. Once again you did a brilliant job on the furdetail, the whole style and composition as well...

Thanks. On this one I believe I had 4 layers for shading, two for 'shading' and two for 'highlighting'. The shading layers had a dark colour set to multiply at between 25 to 50 % opacity, and the highlights had the opposite (a light colour set to overlay, and the same opacities). All layers were cell shaded (solid colours with hard edges), locked, then softened with a soft brush (blurry edges) with the opposite colour.

The shading is so pretty! You improve so much! and the colors and her fur!! Akita fur is so hard to do but you made a great job
