requested this and I cannot refuse her.
(besides she couldn’t find anything on the web)I decided to post it since a few people have been asking me about paws lately so hopefully this will help more then my usual on-the-spot gibberish. Sorry it’s not brilliantly done… and crumpled… Thea decided to tap dance on it when I had my back turned.
I tried to include everything I could think about to do with paws, but if I’ve missed something, or you have questions, I’m always happy to answer them.
Hope I’ve answered all your questions Kuutamo, and download if you can’t read my writing.

YES. This is the best tutorial. In-fact, this is the only one I've seen that actually mentions that the hind leg does not have a dew claw! I'm definitely going to put you on my watch list.

This is seriously helpful, though it'd be more helpful if it had other parts of felines though. XP I just can't draw cats properly.

just seeing the skeletal structure of the paw is going to help me emmensely! Paws are one of the reasons i don't like drawing cats, and their heaads, mine always turn out looking like half dogs, half bears, unless i get lucky! lol! thanks!

Finding good skelital drawings are difficult, so I'm glad this helps.. though I think I missed some of the metatarsle bones out.

Paws are really difficult, I strugle with them too, espcially if they're at strange angles.

I hope so, I must admit I see a lot of (dog) tutorials that show how a particular artist draws them, but not a lot on the anatomy, or details behind them.

Glad to hear it, I didn't know if you would want the structure of the hind paw as well, but since they are almost the same I thought this would probably be fine. xD And I've now darkened it to save your eyes. Is it better half blind dog?
