Description Part of my Spring portfolio series, this was the first full art drawing of a character for a comic that my boyfriend and I were planning. Been too busy to go much further on it, but someday hopefully I'll get to crank out all the designs!

First version was a notebook sketch, so I suppose this is version 2..

Interesting! Is this digital or actual pen? Meanwhile, this is the first time I've seen you use this style. It is very illustrative and well-defined. I can only guess what this girl is looking at. I really like her face!
I hope you don't mind me shifting into art tutor mode when I say there's a bit of problematic anatomy. It's mostly just the hands and feet, which is no big deal with early designs. The other issues are subtle, so I won't mention them unless you want me to.
Anyway, I didn't know you two were making a comic! If you don't mind my asking, what is it about?

It was actual pen, first piece of the portfolio I started in Miss G's class. And yeah, anatomy isn't perfect. I do have much to improve upon there. >.>;

The comic is to be about a Magic inspired world, we had planned to get it started this summer but then I got a bit overwhelmed by my math class and other things. Someday though, someday..

I see! What kind of pen did you use?

Also, was the comic going to be in this style?

I used all copics. The little .03 one, and a larger one for darker areas.

No, comic will likely be digital, and far more swiftly completed!
