At first glance, I thought this was a leaf. Then, I got a second look at it and I saw it was a creature of some sort with really good camouflage. Really nice specimen. You put a lot of thought and details into this design depicting the Turonayan. 

First of, I wanted too say, that I like the design of this creature. You put a lot of thought into how this creature will interact with it's environment, how it would survive in it's natural environment, you even demonstrated how it's natural camouflage defence works amongst the leaves.

The background environment's leaves and tree branches, are also have some nice details to them. Not overly done but, just different enough to distinguish the actual leaves from the creature's natural body design.  One thing I did notice, is the consistency with the line work throughout this.  The leaves, the creature and some of the branches have been outlined while the larger tree trunk and some of other parts of the branches don't seem to be outlined? Or, at least, they seem to be much lighter then the rest.  Just a small suggestion, perhaps add an outline on the tree and maybe play with different line thickness on different parts of this? For example, maybe have the Turonayan, have a bolder outline and use lighter/thinner lines on the rest of the leaves and background. Just to add a bit more consistency throughout. As I said, it's just a suggestion.

There is also some pretty decent textures you have in this. I think your use of  different textures like, the cross hatching you did in the background and having angular line directions for the leaves, really adds a nice touch and helps to keep the eye moving around to see the different parts.

Over all, I like the design of this, unique little creature. One of the things that stood out to me the most, was how the toes/claws are positioned on the feet. It reminds me a bit of how sloth claws are. Wonderfully done!

You have a very lovely creature here. The character design looks awesome! I’ve never come across something like this and it looks very unique, yet believable. The idea is cute and one can easily see how this creature works and lives. The long peak and claws are such nice details.

This drawing has an issue of restlessness though. Took me a couple of glances to even tell the character apart from the background and I even thought it was abstract. For future to avoid this – make sure you make the character stand out – this can be done in many ways; make the background dimmer or less textures or give the character more details and highlights. I suppose the character is meant to blend into its surroundings, but for the art piece it’s better to let it stand out. While there could be more shading, the chosen colors are nice. I like how you’ve used reds and pinks with green. The image setting is also nicely balanced – character in the middle and the background layout supports the setting making the viewer’s eye flow nicely across the important details.

Lastly, the general tone of the image is very yellowish – for future I’d advise you to do a little color correction to the image before posting it, just to make it appear cleared and more professional.  Many image viewing and art programs have tools for this.

I love this design! It's so unique and interesting! The design and how the colors work together give the bird a dangerous aura. I'm interested in seeing where you will go with this creature!
