This was drawn for me by getterstudio .What we have here is something of an expansion to what was originally one fancharacter for Eio-Eio-Eio 's Anya.

"The masked man" is Salata, and while originally the largest/Anya's greatest success among a group of mass-produced mutants, I now have him as a more unique creation.
The small one is Piilotettu/"the hidden" or "the concealed" (hence the title for this upload). A small, grotesque creature who acts as the brain for Salata via psychic connection and burrows inside of his body for safety, without Pilotettu his intelligence is reduced to about that of a dim human. WITH him, though, his intelligence is raised to above-average levels.
Design Notes
Salata's design is pretty much unchanged, apart from how he's been given slightly more inhuman proportions. He's still pretty much one of these things...

Cosplaying as the rejected design for a group of mercenaries who unsuccessfully try to hunt down the protagonist and his split personality in Manhunt 2.

Piilotettu's design was taken from a monster in a Batman story ("Night of the Monster Men") which featured much more grotesque versions of the titular creatures than what Hugo Strange had ever tried creating before...
