tried something new...!a friend and I really love lisaluera's pots [link] and so we tried what she does after a lot of research. her ceramics are amazing.

i really like the colors and surface of this one.. did you use foil in the kiln?

yea...we didn't use glaze at all...instead we painted a chemical on the pots, sprinkled sugar or salt, wrapped string soaked in other chemicals around some parts and wrapped the whole thing in foil. it was a gas kiln so the foil didn't do any damage, it just burned partially.
