No, I've got no damn right to call this Chibi, seeing as I know nothing whatsoever about the japanese genres. In fact, I can't pronounce most of them, and they're more difficult than they look.Which shows!
However, I think you'd know it was Twiggy. I got the eyemakeup wrong, but it's a bit like on the back of the 'Smells Like Children' Cd case, if you cast your pretty minds back...

No offence, but one went about lookin' petite,doe-eyed and skinny, and the other was in essence a six-foot drag-princess in several kilos of makeup and fourteen-hole Dms!
