Alexander Ayden stood in front of the line of soldiers, with a look of disappointment and annoyance on his face.
The recruit, Phillip Graves, stood in line behind the other soldiers...
But Alex already turned to look at Phillip, noticing how late he was.
"Soldiers! In Line! All of you!" Alex yelled angrily.
Graves, although feeling a bit anxious, walked towards him with a small smirk on his face, already ready for the Lieutenant to shout at him.
"Do you know how important this assignment is, soldier?!" Alexander yelled.
"... I was just going to-..." Phillip began to reply, but then Alex cut him off, still yelling.
"I don't wanna hear your excuses!" the Lieutenant yelled again.
The recruit then rolled his eyes, but quickly composed himself. Now wishing he didn't try to annoy Alex.
"We don't have time for slacking around here! Do you think you're special!? You're not! Now get to your assigned task and make sure to finish it on time!"
The soldiers, including Phillip, saluted.
