With the new additions of Highly Refined and Detailed Clothing in RS... I am quite sure we all know our suits of Rune and Dragonhide are looking pretty outdated...
So I've decided to try and redesign every single basic F2P armor set: Bronze to Rune (Full Helm, Plate Body and Plate Legs), Leather to Green Dragonhide, and... just the basic Magic Robes say the least... Once I've finished every set... I'll send the concepts to Jagex... hopefully before they actually did remake the armors.
My creative side really came out for the very old Black and Blue Magic Robes, and yes, I am implying that I want Trimmed Black Robes.
For the final three images, I simply added some new features to them to make them look more impressive. Those last three robes were released more recently, and are more on par with the new HD outfits.

these are really nice but i feel that the rings on the hat of the blue set are a bit too much.

I based it off the new character creation screen, in which the Magic Set concept art shows a wizard with rings in his hat.

Awesome... Altough I think regular blue robes are a bit too detailed compared to the simplicity of a normal wizard. The other 4 armours are truely great!

Well, I didn't do much with Runecrafter Robes.
But, I basically took all the new default Magic Clothing and combined the three together to make the Blue Robes.

They look really great. I especially like the black mage design. giving it trim is a nice idea, too. That'd be great to be able to get the trimmed black robes, too.
