Well done, only I feel like the blue cloves take away a little substance. Maybe if they were a dark and light brown checkered to match his tie and shoes it may mesh better, and perhaps a stop watch hanging from his fingers or pocket would resonate the "Clockman" vibe, just a suggestion. Overall, a great character idea my friend!
