Maybe it’s because she shares a voice actress with Edward Elric, or maybe it’s just the fact that she kicks so much ass, but I fell in love with Temari from the first moment that she appeared on screen.

This initially began as a 'for fun' sketch while I was taking a break from a big project, and it blossomed into this.

Sketched and finished in Photoshop with a reference for the goddamn fan (man, that sucked to draw). Other than that, she was pretty much from memory.

I tried something entirely new with this one, and I don’t mean just the solid shading style. It started as an innocent mistake—I had accidentally filled the wrong color. But I liked the effect so much that I kept it and went on from there. Basically, I did all my shading backwards. ^_^

I’m sure there are tons of mistakes but this was a project that I did purely for fun and relaxation. So if anyone feels the burning need to point them all out, please don’t. In other words: just shut up and enjoy the sexy ninja girl.
