(2010), 16" for overall length of necklace, silver art clay (cut, carved, fired, antiqued, polished and burnished), bezel wire, blue jasper cab and beads, silver rope chain made from 24 gauge silver wire, silver clasp finding

A blue companion piece to the "Poison" necklace [link] only this time I didn't add strung jasper beads to the central panel. Instead I hooked the pendant up with two square jasper beads for additional accents and then finished off with two lengths of self-made rope-chain and a silver clasp.

I have two more blue jasper cabs with even more amazing veining, however they are more asymmetrical and I am still refining the design to balance out the odd shape of the stones before setting those.
