This path is a bit like life...lots of twists & turns, and sometimes you can't see where its headed.Ten points to anyone who can identify specifically where I took this picture!!

have you ever thought about trying the conquer castlewood race? its like a trialthalon that they hold there once a year. ive always wanted to do it, but i need to get in a lil better shape first. lol

never heard of the triathalon thing tho...i'm guessing biking....and running....and ...?? what else?? surely not swimming lol
i have no endurance for running though, but i can do biking!!

yeah i think you can do it with a team, you know have someone do the run, someone else to do the bike, and then another person do the swim.
as for the swimming, i think its swimming in the river. ive never actually seen it take place, but ive seen flyers for it, and my friends did it a couple of years ago.

this path is in Castlewood, in the field that is in between the woods on the road-side and the woods on the river-side. if you can't figure it out from that you haven't been there enough.......

its a local state park....kevin got it on my homepage...its called Castlewood, and its right on the river and has crazy bike trails with huge droppofs and lots of nice woods & loads of walking paths and stuff
