This is amazing! One of the best Act 2 Elphaba dress attempts I've seen so far! I wish I was that talented. I made it my goal to attempt to make an Act 2 dress over the Summer, but I highly doubt it will look nearly as good as this.

Oh, btw, what did she use for the green face makeup? I wanted to be Elphaba for Halloween but I couldn't get the MAC powder & I didn't want to use cheapo Halloween stuff.
