Description
Tamarind and EA Equestrian (C) to me - no stealing!
I've been meaning to upload this for ages but going to the Julip show in Richmond last week reminded me.
This is the infamous Tamarind - famed for being a highly unlikely shade of grey as well as a force of nature as far as personality is concerned.
If you can't see it in the picture, the bands in his mane are gold and purple - his usual colourscheme.
-----------
Name: EAE Tamarind
Gender: Stallion
Breed: Lusitano
Age:8
Height: 15hh
Color: Liver Chestnut (going grey...slowly)
Markings: None.
Discipline: Dressage and general riding with some mounted archery/jousting/historical re-enactment thrown in
Passable Traits: Floaty paces, mischievious and tempermental personality, penchant for troublemaking.
Sire/Dam: Starter
Bloodlines:Starter
Offspring: EAE Axel.
Other: Tamarind is the yard clown. Cheeky and inquisative, he always manages to find something to amuse himself with. Whether it's throwing buckets at David and Abigail or spooking at the same hedge he sees every day - he's become a real favourite with everyone. (Even when he treads on their feet)
Constantly getting up to mischief, he has gained a reputation for being 'difficult' but there is rarely any malice involved - he just likes the attention! However, because of this, he is only suitable for experienced riders (or those with a deathwish!) and is definetly not available for lessons!
His owner, David, rides him in a variety of disciplines including historical re-enacting, which they are both very keen on.
For stud/lease: N/A

Technically they're usually a lot lighter than he is, more like this:

But mehh, it's HARPG, I think I can get away with it.

Magic. XD
Layers, lots and lots of layers. I did the background first, then on a new layer, made the 'post it', shaded it etc, then made a new layer under that one and added in the shadow. It's not nearly as hard as you'd imagine!

Cheers! I've always liked ref sheets that look like they've been cobbled together from bits and pieces so it's envitable that I'll do that for all future ones I think.

WANT the foalie! He's so cute! And I love the pose! I didn't know Tam was still greying out; on my monitor, he just looks like a dark stormy grey. I can't really see the mulberry-ness.

Yeah, technically he probably wouldn't still be but how else would you explain his mane and tail staying exactly the same colour? XD He's an enigma. lol

Oh nice to see the chap again.
Does this mean you are going to do online show things?

Possibly, I'm *that* bad at updating things that it'll probably only be once in a while but I'm seriously considering it soon. I want to get some other ones done first though so I've got a bit of choice.

It is great fun, I'm going for the "How Silly Can I Be With This ?" approach.

Well....it can all get a bit too serious sometimes so I have to be daft, I can't help it.

Nothing wrong with that! I need to do more sketchy drawings I think - I spend so long on each thing that I forget to make it fun.

Sometimes you just have to go for it, just don't tell anyone what has gone wrong and nine times out of ten no one notices the mistakes.

Heh, but *I'll* notice them! That's my biggest failing - being afraid of failure.
