I used to be able to draw legs, then I worked on digital artwork and then school started(Less drawing time) and now I struggle with paw and leg drawing... But thanks to this I'm a little better! Thanks so much for posting this!

i think the reason most draw them like horse legs is that that is the clearest image they can think of. due the copious amounts of long fur on cats and dogs/wolves, it's slightly harder to see where the joints are; whereas a horse's short, smooth, and sleek fur it's a lot easier to see.
