Gotta love the moments when "defeating" the enemy is just the trigger for the second more badass form. Also transformation sequences are hard to draw... but also kind of fun. I really do like how this came out.

Thank you. I really was trying to get the Sentai Monster look working, which is one of my few grips with the current Power Rangers comics. They have some really great stories, but as a whole the monsters they are drawing for them kind of look like rejects from Pacific Rim. Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE Pacific Rim, but those monsters aren't really Super Sentai style monsters. Cool looking but off the mark, particularly when they say one is bull looking in dialogue and I can't really see it in the design. But yeah, tryin to hit that Rangers style monster.

it reminds me of the Wild force kind of style and some of the classic style with the notorious armour, but being thin instead of being thicker, which makes him look more serious. Also reminds me of Lord Boros from OPM because of the way he evolved, following the "this isnt even my final form" rule which is awesome.
And he has skulls which is always badass
