Description
Inspired from the windows 7 official logo for those who share me the opinion that windows 7 deserves something better than the vista reminding orb.This one looks harmonic, has a kinda win7 spirit and hopefully ends the orb era
x32 & x64 are included.

This is by and far the best start orb ever, far better than the original and any other customs I've yet to locate.

I really like this. I think if you manage to get the outer glow to rainbow-colour the actual button itself, you might have a winner there.

Lovely job, really like it, but could you pls update it to the latest version of explorer.exe coz the old one does not work when updating from Microsoft.com...Thank you.

I tried to uninstall the latest windows update and install it again, it worked and i got the latest x64! As soon as i find a way to get an updated x86 i'll upload both.

Which explorer.exe version do you have? x86/x64? is it also the latest? I overwrote the new version after update with the modified older version, a bad idea! and i dunno where to get the latest ones, and the windows update says up-to-date!

The latest version (X86)of explorer.exe is 6.1.7600.16450 and yours is 6.1.7600.16385. When I replaced it under Windows XP(I installed two OS - Windows XP & Windows 7) and then rebooted to enter Windows 7, the system showed that something wrong with the explorer.exe coz of incompatibility of the version of it with current OS. I don't know why, maybe problems regarding my replacement... Any better ways for replacing? Anyway, thanks for ur reply.

I already modified my 6.1.7600.16450 (x64) and it's ready to be uploaded but i still don't have the latest (x86), i'll try to download other people's explorer.exe and check the version till i find the latest one, or you can upload yours and give me the link.

I tried the x64 and x86 on my 32bit system. Both would not work..

I had to try several times to upload the new files till it was done, maybe the server was overloaded.

It took a bit time to upload the new files coz of the load on the servers.

ok you know how when you hover, the original button glows? like all the red green yellow and blue aura that appears on mouseover...
well this button should have some sort of effect like that i guess. you know... a mouse over effect.
