Wow. Beautifully done. This reminds of the descriptions of a race called the Tiste Andii from Steven Erikson's epic fantasy Malazan Book of the Fallen series ([link] ), who possess black, obsidian skin and, in the case of their leader (Anomander Rake), a long mane of white hair.

So cool... it reminded me at first of the Japanese subculture ganguro , where the women would tan their bodies strikingly dark, dye their hair outrageous bright colors (usually just bleach), and outline their eyes and lips with white.

Nicki counts mainly on colors to represent her. This, as you can see, is mostly gray, white and black. If Nicki wore something like this, the media would say she's too bland.
This is a real work of art, not only odd colors threw on someone or a piece of cloth. Personally I don't think this is the least like Nicki Minaj, and here I don't count my personal opinion on Nicki. I based this argument solely on facts.
