Thanks for the llama! Came over to check out your schtuff and I'm very glad I did, your work is beautiful! What you capture with the camera has a lovely balance between detail and free space, it really brings out the best of both worlds. I'm thinking about your most recent pieces of the doll-like figures. Definitely applies to this one, too -- I love the contrast between the blurred, mottled background and the crisp detail of the log and moss, and the horizon between. I especially love the green mossy bits are kind of glowing, on the bottom edge of the log along that screaming-mouth-shaped cutout.

They're all so huge! My tiny netbook cannot process this amazing picture. But it's a wonderful wallpaper - do you think you could do a scale-down to 1024x600 or would that make it all grainy?
