Where did you get the outline and body base?

I don't know what you mean by outline... but the template is just a modified version of the Velvet template that was posted by the creator during the Velvet Battle Outfit Design Contest.Β I altered it to suit my own OCs.

I altered the template that Monty posted of Velvet for the contest to design her battle outfit. Β And repurposed it to a couple of my female characters.
Sadly, there aren't really and RWBY OC model templates hanging around that I've seen.

I'm under the assumption that one would have to pay for an actual sheet of their own character done by you? Because I would love for a few of these because I have a team made up and need art of the characters. Or at the very least some tutorials on manga style to better practice.

To do this, I really just manipulated the turnaround sheet that was created for the Velvet Battle Gear contest.
I'm not really able to do male characters or anything, I'm afraid. Until we get a similar sheet for male body types, I'm limited to this particular sheet. (I am good at designing outfits, but not particularly great at drawing people without a template.)

I have a few characters I had made, a whole team, but I have yet to draw them. I would adore a template for each and even the male may be fine since he has a feminine physic, however that is up to you.
