I finished this days ago but I had some video editing problems, I'm not too upset over it though. Just wasted some time.

I experimented more with the background and wished that I stopped at a certain point but didn't do it because it look more sky like than water like because It had the texture of clouds at one point, but it was so pretty. Ugh I wished I stop but I love this outcome too 😂

She's a Cecaelia, a creature with an octopus or squid form similar to a mermaid, also named "Sea Witch" in many myths and folklore.

She's my first Aquatic OC and I plan to draw her more. She doesn't have an official background yet or a completed description due to my procrastination on other characters, but she does have a vague personality in my mind. She's kind, but a bit standoff-ish when she first meets someone, due to her past with humans and their beliefs.

I'll make a character reference sheet on her later in the next few months hopefully,because I will draw her a few more times during October, for what ever art challenge I decide to take on.
