Sorry that this sitting only offers a single drawing. And since Ed, Edd and Eddy is all I draw nowadays, you can guess that... yeah.. its an Ed, Edd and Eddy drawing.Fans know (from "Ed in a Half Shell" and the series bible) that Double D has this 'thing' with dodgeball.
I don't know for certain if the mouth I've drawn on Eddy would get past Danny. Or the seniors. But it surprises me sometimes--the stuff that gets called and the stuff that doesn't.
Oh well!

This shows why Edd's such a great character to write for. There's so much I love about this one, but I'll try not to ooze...
I think the fan stuff I tend to appreciate the most are ones that are backed up with a strong story element. This drawing tells and shows so much.
Oh, Eddward... why are you so cute when you're crying? Something about him being emotionally destroyed is highly inspiring to me...

Ha ha. Same here. I'm pretty certain that I would not have become as obsessed with the show as I was had it not been for Edd and his weirdly tragic home life. He's possibly the most layered cartoon character I have EVER seen in a television show. Or animated movie for that matter. He's sort of full of contradictions.

In Sweden we have a similar game to Dodgeball. It's called Ghostball (or SpΓΆkboll in swedish).
Instead of volleyballs, we use soft foam rubber balls. They don't hurt as much. ^^
When I was in Grade School, we had to play Ghostball a lot. Once when we played,
I was the only one left in my team, while the other team had like five or six people left.
I somehow managed to catch almost every ball they threw at me, which I then threw to my team-mates,
so they could throw them at the other team. In the end, my team won (Yay!), mainly thanks to me.
Heh, it wasn't easy though, 'cuz all the bullies in the other team insisted on aiming at my head. x.x
I had to run around a lot. XD

There are tow kinds of dodgeball! I Just realized! The one where there are two sides of a gym or court and they throw balls at each other etc... And also where everyone lines up on a wall and one person throws balls at them. The second one was the one used in the episode, wasn't it?

Ha ha ha... They never really explained it. Its interesting to me that he's back in gym class now... after he was excused from it for (I guess) a couple years. Or maybe just one year... who knows? Its sort of nebulous. I just know that the series bible says he's permanently excused from gym... Things change, I suppose.
