What always bugs me about the Two-Face on tv, was the fact that his burn was BLUE. How does that make sense?

I always figured it was due to some weird reaction between the chemicals and his blood since it was unoxyginated at the time of his getting blown half to hell.
So blame it on the chemicals. )
