A photoshop touch up of "Hello Harvey", my old rendition of THE BATMAN if it had featured Two-Face.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Two-Face flipped his gold, manderine coin, it came up heads.
"Still leave your conscience to a coin toss Dent?" Batman asked.
"It's Two-Face detective, and if it weren't for a coin toss a while ago, your partner here..." -he gestured to the detective- "....would've been brought to you dead, rather than alive to make a point."
Batman glared, Ellen just growled against her restraints. She was playing a part for the sake of this sting, but it didn't make her like it anymore.
"If we're done trying to get on each other's bad sides....how about we skip to what you actually want." Batman said.
Two-Face paced with his walking cane, complete with a Yin and Yang bulb for a handle, still flipping his coin, "What we want?"
Batman's eyes stayed on his, he wasn't going to try anything while Two-Face's focus was on him, he was to close to Yin still, patience was the name of this game, they'd come this far.
Batman he continued:"Your actions have been completely erratic, and all you've done is cause chaos around Gotham without any kind of feasible gain, and you don't strike me as an anarchist..."
Two-Face smirked a bit, breathing out an almost animal growl from the red demonic side of his face: "You speak true Dark Knight...I have no taste for chaos, the notion turns my stomach....but there is no chaos to THIS..."
He flipped then caught his Chinese Medallion in mid air and showed it as if it was a work of art, or a key to eternal life. His fingers turned to show the scared face of a demon emperor on one side, and a the fine, princely face on the other.
"...Order detective...true, perfect, JUST order....balanced on the edge of a coin....it is either one thing or the other....two rivers going down hill, one stream...and soon everyone will see Gotham for the two-faced divide that it REALLY is..." he said with pride and zealous admiration.
Batman narrowed his eyes and replied, "The coin's legend of being cursed may not be true...but your corrupted beyond recall now Dent...so much you chaotically don't even know what your own scheme is..."
Two-Face's voice suddenly changed, more gravely and demented, and his yellow eye seemed to lick like a flame at batman calling him out.
"You're mistaken there Dark Knight." the guttural voice replied, "....Harvey doesn't need to know all the facts...he was beaten and used and abused by everyone in his life, till he found me, and became US. Now I have my schemes, and Dent has his...but they all are to achieve the same goal; perfect harmony. A balance like Yin, and Yang....Order and Chaos in their proper place-..."
Right when Two-Face looked at his coin a second time, Batman pushed the button on his belt he'd been slowly positioning his finger over, and replied:"Not everyone in Dent's life mistreated him...but you won't let Harvey remember any of that. You say you want balance, but in truth, you want him to be as dark and demented as you..."
As he took his finger off the button there was a burst of explosions that went off behind Two-Face's minions, and in that explosions distraction, Detective Yin double jumped kicked her two captors, while Batman threw two batterang's, forcing Two Face to deflect one with his cane and flip backwards to avoid another. Yin rolled out of landing from the kick over to batman who then sliced her binds off with another batter-ang.
"Took you long enough..." Yin said after getting her gag off, but right before yelling "Heads up!"
Batman ducked as Two-Face drew his Chinese straight sword from his cane and sliced at his head, forcing Batman to block the second swipe with his glove blades....backing him up back inside the roof building.
The two dueled sword to batter-ang briefly before Ellen joined in the fight, but found that he could fight off both of them at once...like he could split his attention both ways perfectly.
"If you think this is two-on-ONE detectives, your wrong...this is an even fight!" Dent hissed.
Suddenly the hanger doors hissed open, and Dent smirked, "But...if you insist on unfair odds...."
More of Two-Face's cronies poured into the room with proton rifles, forcing Batman to throw a smoke bomb and zip-line away with Yin in arm, before their lasers could blast them.
"After them!" Two-Face's Patch eyed Captain, named Janus yelled to their men.
Two-Face flipped his coin; it came up tails.
"NO..." Two-Face said , sheathing his cane, "Let them go. Let's get to the drills." His other Harvey voice added on afterward; "It's too late for them to do anything anyway..." then they walked off, laughing in what eerily sounded like two voices at once.
As Batman and Yin scaled the roof tops , Yin asked "Where are we going-? Hey, the firing stopped, they're not chasing us."
Batman called the Bat-Jet to come for them via his belt, "It doesn't mean we've seen the last of them, and we're GOING to where they're headed next, Gotham fault line...."
Yin tilted her head, "The fault line....but his bank robberies-...?"
Batman interrupted, "All a cover up, Two-Face performed meticulous schemes and crimes with alternate agenda's the entire time, ones even he as Harvey wasn't aware of so no one would predict his movements...but they're connected."
The Bat Jet lowered from the emerald night sky, they could still hear the sound of looting blocks away, Yin frowned:"Like two crime bosses in one, sharing the load. But his crimes nearly lead us to his other ones....that's awfully risky."
"More like a gamble...50/50 chance." Batman retorted, "Towards an ultimate pot...using that chance to win the house."
The cockpit opened and Batman went to help her in but she jumped in without the need for a leg up, he smirked.
"Alright Batman, given but...WHAT is it connected to?"" she asked.
Batman got behind the controls and rose the Jet into the air as he answered, "Two-Face said he wanted Gotham to see the world for the divide that it is. Order and Chaos in their proper place. That specific spot in the Fault Line...is where it would split the city completely in two between the north side, and the south..."
Yin's eyes grew, "...Good grief...leaving one side to burn from all of the looting and anarchy, and trapping Gotham police with them!"
Batman narrowed his eyes, "Leaving the upper district completely intact; for HIM to rule...."
They blasted off at full roar towards the fault line.

Nice to see this scene colorized. Kinda wish they had a Two-Face character in The Batman.
I would go with either your version, or an alternate where Chief Rojas decided to get rid of Yin and attempted to kill her with acid, resulting in her becoming the villain Yin-Yang. This would take place shortly after Ethan was cured of being the first Clayface, allowing him to know what Yin and Bruce went through when he went bad. She would eventually be cured, of course.

All the same i feel making her a villain isn't quite the right move.

Oh man... I haven't seen that show in a LONG time. I LOVE design of Two Face here, it actually fits the franchise really well.

His scheme also fits for the show too. When I look at the villains from "The Batman", their roles and portrayels are similar, but more simple and subtle, but also just as malicious and straightforward, than their comic counterparts with other elements added to it for a cartoon show. For example, Two Face's portrayal, based on your texts, Harvey had a miserable life but than his "Two Face" side of himself helped him become what he is now as Two Face. And his design looks more demonic and intimidating. Also, like the Yin and Yang symbol added there as well.

Clayface I if i recall was basically the shows Two Face (a freind of Bruces in Law and Order turned tragic schizo supervillain)...but I have to admit, next to that teaser of Hush that they never capitalized on I would have loved to have seen this have happened.

I tried breaking away from the "Best friend of Bruce" route that they did with Ethan Bennett, and go more towards the "he knew Bruce in Boarding School. Dealt with his own problems his own way while Bruce trained himself to be Batman, took up fencing and tai-chi to channel his pent-up rage over his home life, and pours himself into Law.
Hee ecomes the DA of Gotham to take down crime in Gotham given the pressure of his dad, and sort of resents Bruce for having a happy child hood while he was a nightmare, but like all things , he represses that.
While trying to get rid of Rupert Thornes son (since we met rupert thorn and got rid of him in the pilot) , who has successfully made Gambling Legal in most cities except Gotham, and even then has it illegally booming, with extortion and other means. And what's more legally can't be arrested cause he's too good at covering his tracks.
Harvey really wants to take down Thorne himself because otherwise his father will be right about him letting other people fix his mistakes. And even tries to refuse Bruce's attempts to fund him cause he doesn't want the help.
He has his late fathers lucky coin however, which is a Chinese Medallion from his collection while in the East, which is said to be "cursed" but also has a chance to bring good fortune.
It's like the ghost of his father won't let him alone. Bruce recalls how in his hardest times, it always feels like his parents are right there sometimes, he'd hate to imagine what it would feel like if it was tormenting, rather than inspiring.
Then an accident happens where Thorne jr. pays Penguin to bump Dent off in a factory where they're experimenting on basically Bane's venom toxin, and have deluded it because of the potential it could have for healing injuries, curing diseases, what have you.
Penguin's flame thrower umbrella sets one of the vats on fire, which triggers an explosion which of course rips into Harvey.
While unconscious, he basically hears mandarin drums playing, and a deep voice calling to him. This is where the viewer has to decide if this is a demon like from the legend via the coin, housing himself in Harvey, or if he's just split personalitied. Either way this persona of Harvey's alter essentially is obsessed with and well-versed in old Chinese legends and teachings, and a perverted principle of Yin and Yang.
Either way, this version of Two-Face depending on which version of him he is, can switch between fighting like a normal man, to fighting like the demon, which can access super strength and speed enough to catch and break batman's batterangs, punch down doors, etc.
He takes over Thorne's underworld gambling empire as the new Lord of Chance, and cements himself as someone who wants to cure gotham of it's crime, by controlling it, rather than eliminating it...perfect balance.
