Cornelius Fillmore, once an X-Middle School Safety Patrol officer at the age of 12, now grown as an adult 10 years later , and applying to be an agent of the FBI while taking classes at a University.

He's solved numerous crimes and felony's since his adolescence, but none of which were made possible without the help of, or because of, his one and only partner; Ingrid Third.

Ingrid is a brilliant young woman who started out as a Safety Patrol Officer alongside Fillmore, protecting the halls of X-Middle School with her razor sharp deductive mind, and photographic memory. Coupled with Fillmore's intuition and ability to see through lies, these two un-puzzled crime after crime from their pre-teens to their teens...to their young adult lives.

Now , as they prepare to take their exam for the big leagues, a threat is made anonymously to the Dean of their university, and they have a feeling the faculty know who it is, but are not cooperating with the police.

It's up to them to discover who it is who's sabotage several historical sights at the college, and what this has to do with a potential Ex-FBI agent with a grudge.
