Also, the Leaguers in this episode were Superman, Batman, Aquaman and Wonder Woman.. the original Superfriends minus Robin.

The thing is, there was a 'Bat-Embargo' for the JLU series, limiting all the Batman-related characters' appearances. That's why the 'Legion of Doom', in the last season, didn't have The Scarecrow or Riddler.

She became one, the way she was crazy was so unique and original compared to every other slender shaped similarly drawn or portrayed fem fetal. 

She seemed legitimately off her rocker, and also sort of scary

*gigglefits* Can't say I blame you there! Killer Frost is definitely off her rocker and scary all at once. As for a crazy femme fatale who stands out from the rest, for me, I've gotta go with Livewire. I love how freaking snappy she is.

And I'd be wanting Killer Frost to win.   Livewire was good, but she succeeded to well at being a bad guy and annoying, I always wanted her to loose, and she always annoyed me, but she was a great foil for Superman in so far that she broke the typical wicked witch mold.
