A remake of Getting Back to Your Roots . The original was old and the lines were huge and bad and he is in a weird outfit. I didn't know he was Korean when I drew that one.Shiv in Hanbok. I hope the hanbok looks okay. It was hard finding good references of male outfits.

How did you find out he was Korean? I've watched all the episodes on youtube and I didn't catch any reference to his heritage. As his voice actor is Brian Tochi, a Japanese man, and considering that when SS did have a Korean voice actor for a Korean character (Thomas Kim), I just assumed he was of Japanese heritage.

The original character from the comics was Korean. I actually got the idea originally that he was Southeast Asia because of the coloration in the first season.

This is so freakin' adorable! I like how you added the black under his eyes. I have seen some of your other artwork with him in it, and I also hated his design for the show. I think that he is one of the more unnapreciated characters, aside from Bang Babies that dont even get a name. They could have done so much with Shiv, but they didnt. I still love the show anyway!
