I experience this too.Β Our blood must be delicious to the bugs...
Actually, I'm wondering if it's blood type...Β I'm Type A+... and I've observed a pattern that they like type A blood.
And that Off bug spray doesn't work on me....
Long sleeves and long pants seem to work better for me...Β But I might try Permetherin coated clothes (not sure if that's how it's spelled).Β Treated clothing lasts for about 6 washes if its done from this bottle or spay stuff.Β My dad treated my cousin's cloths for her trip to Peru, and was the only one not bitten from their voracious bugs/eaters.Β We had to treat it because its toxic to cats during the application stage until it dries...Β

She eats people by sucking a little bit of their blood. They don't die, but they have one heck of a mosquito bite.

They're attracted by the salt in your sweat, among other factors, i don't remember, so yeah lolΒ

Ah, whenever I put Insect Repellent on, it acts like Insect Attractor...
It doesn't help that I'm already a walking, winged-insect magnet...

I've read that flies don't like the smell of flower oil, though you might want to confirm that before trying.

I'll have to research on that more later, but for now, I'll stick with the shitty bug-spray!

Off? More like ON. Stupid bug-spray. I just rub tea tree shampoo on my arm and everything stays off.

It is weird but it worked for me. It works better if it is unscented too.

I've known about "unscented" remedies for repelling bugs work pretty well, but deodorant... That's just sounds weird, yet awesome!
