I drew the lineart for this almost a year ago to the day. The reason I picked that for the title is that one day she’ll be taking up the mantle of Sailor Moon/Queen, right? That’s a whole lotta responsibility right thar.
I was mostly just mucking around with the background and it was both frustrating and fun at the same time. Not entirely sold on it but my eyes are bleeding from looking at all the colours for so long sooo…

Wow oh my gosh this is beautiful! What program did you use to create this? And do you own a tablet that you used while working on this? (aspiring artist just being curious) ;D

Thanks! And no worries, I don't mind answering questions! I used Photoshop CS6 for the whole thing, but drew the linework in 2013 using a Wacom Bamboo but used a Wacom Intuos Pro small for the colouring since I'd upgraded my tablet by the time I got around to finishing it haha.

Simply gorgeous, I love your choice of colours as well as how soft and light your shading looks. This piece as a whole is especially beautiful since you blended the character in with the background so nicely.

The minute I was this I thought "Small Lady"? I've never actually said artwork of her as an adult that is not Black Lady. I like it
