"Responsibility"
I drew the lineart for this almost a year ago to the day. The reason I picked that for the title is that one day she’ll be taking up the mantle of Sailor Moon/Queen, right? That’s a whole lotta responsibility right thar.
I was mostly just mucking around with the background and it was both frustrating and fun at the same time. Not entirely sold on it but my eyes are bleeding from looking at all the colours for so long sooo…

I've been a huge SM fanart fanatic for years, and I have to say, this is still the best one of Chibiusa that I have ever seen. Beautiful work in every respect, really. There's just something in this piece that gives it a very mature air that's attune to Chibiusa's character and I really adore it. Coupled with the atmosphere it creates, the colors, the lighting, etc. It is just lovely
