okay, first of all that is not what a mary sue or what makes up a mary sue at all.
a mary sue, by definition, is a character so perfect that they are never challenged in a story.
just because this character is blue ((apparently you're saying that since sonic is one colour blue, that means no one else can be, but if someone makes a green-coloured hedgehog, that'd be wrong because that's already another character scourge the hedgehog?))
there's many sonic ocs out there, which are hedgehogs, and i'm not just saying the recolors people make. it should be fine to make a hedgehog sonic oc whatever colour the artist chooses, if that's what makes them happy. as you can see here, it is not a replica of sonic and it's her own design choices in personality, colours, etc.
and since when is Emi a gothic name? for starters, that's the name of the artist that drew this, and second of all, i wouldn't go labeling names anyway, emi is a japanese name that is used for people regardless of what style they like.
it's also rude and annoying to call someone's character 'goth', unless they did try to go for that look. this is simply the design aspect that emi decided to go with. and this isn't even goth style, if you take the time to search up what it actually looks like, you'll see barely any resembling features.
team dark is not because she thought it was 'edgy' or because that this character is 'goth'. it's simply a choice in the canon lore that she wanted to go with.
all these traits with this character does not equal a mary sue. you don't even know this character besides her reference, and you're already labeling it as boring and her as overpowered? even though you might think you're not saying much, a little nitpick perhaps, it's still not fine to just start saying 'that characters a mary sue!'. sure some people will move on and not take the word of advice, but this can break a creator, as they could start to feel self-conscious on what they design for other people. how would you feel if people started to comment on your ocs saying they're 'boring', 'mary sue/gary stu', or 'gothic'?
i don't want this to become a big argument, but i'm just telling you that what you're saying is rude, and how you should realize how that could affect someone as a creator

Just because you have the right to speak your mind doesn't mean you should.
In this case your "opinion" wan't really helpful or a critique but straight up picking/bashing the character.
Also if the name "Emi" (a shortened nickame) is your "problem" then keep it to yourself please.
Have some common sense to keep some thoughts to yourself and please try to reserve judgement of a character before you know anything about them instead of going by a single drawing.
Also a marysue is "a young or low-rank person who saves the day through unrealistic abilities" meaning they are over powered, pretty much unrealistic, loved by all, and have absolutely no flaws. YOur perception is going completely on the appearance and little quick facts there isn't anything here to tell you if this character were a marysue or not in the first place
Also to assume a clothing style, name, or color makes a character (or even a person in a real life) a marysue/certain stereotype and to judge them immediately and solely on those facts alone is very unwise and if not just that also rather ignorant.
