If someone has problems getting the grid up when they put texture to grid then change the background to gray or some other color and keep in mind texture strength on 0 makes it invisible. (Texture strength is under texture on the right side)Β

Of course, why actually making the grid included as an option in the program when we can do it in a more complicated way. Same about empty circles, squares, etc. I think the creator of Sai was either drunk or never drew a thing in their life.

Don't personally use Sai anymore but got to say I totally agree with you.
Compared to Krita I feel like Sai is lacking so much features, even compared to other free Software's.

I know this is old but when i open properties there are no option for 'open file location'

so open photoshop and pick the bmp file but unfortunately i cant delete the texture layer... i also cant open new layer. The layer was locked

Other option for finding that folder is to go trough your hard drive (where you have saved paint tool sai)Β
BMP:
I have moved to Kirta now days but I can try to help you with this
It might be that BMP color stops you from working with it. Try opening in Photoshop on top tools: Β Image> Color Mode (I think it goes with this name) and change color mode to RGB Β for awhile till your done then back to BMP.Β
Hopefully this helps if not ill try to see if there is any other ways of doing this.

I did everything but by the time I reached the notepad part, it kept telling me 'You don't have the permission to save in this folder' and 'access is denied'. How do I deal with that?

Havent personally self got anything like that.
I am not 100% sure but from looking that up people say: "Make sure that the OWNER of the folder is your 'user profile' OR the 'Administrators' group. Then assign the proper permissions per user group or per user profile." Β // Found that on a site names Windows ten forum same as some other ones had that same sentence.
