People are always saying that Scarlett is better off with Snake Eyes. Let that be their opinion. I personally love Scarlett with Duke. To me, they just feel right together.
This is gorgeous, by the way. I can only imagine Scarlett could whisper "I have something special underneath this dress." That "something" could be a specialized garter with a weapon she could use, because, at (presumably) dressy political events like this, you never know if you'll be expecting an attack from Cobra. And that "something" could probably turn Duke on (and appreciate Scarlett being prepared like the G.I. Joe she is).

This is beautiful! I love G.i.joe! I dont like the Duke and Scarlett pairing I prefer Snake-eyes and Scarlett because the get married in the comics, but you did a fantistic job on this! I love Scarletts dress! I also love the expression on her face! You did a good job on Dukes uniform too! Awesome!
