NOT Vampire Academy! *shock* haha.This one is actually from my just-announced project for channel4, The Thrill Electric, written by Leah Moore and John Reppion, and produced by Hatrick ^_^
These are just some of the background characters, but I had fun with them!
I've been working for a while now on building up a cast of character designs for the project. I'm not actually going to be drawing the full thing, as my schedule is a bit bonkers, but I was brought on as the character designer before art duties are passed over to the very talented gals.

They look great...even though they are toned downed from your regular bishie goodness, they are still such pretty looking characters, each one with their own story to say. Sounds like an awesome thing to be doing.

No, it'll be a form of webcomic, but one using some clever technology elements...it's in early stages at the moment, but I can't wait to see what the team do! ^_^

It DOES feel pretty surreal. I still feel a bit blown away to be working for Penguin too. They're all companies we grew up with, after all. I feel very lucky. It's nice to be working for a TV company again without the actual 'having to be on a screen' bit ^_^
