So your Alter universe was like the canon one till something horrible happen that kill or worst Cadence while rewiring the universe in a way that it cause Discord to get scare, grab Fluttershy and run to another universe. And some characters, maybe Spike, knows this isn't how it is suppose to be and this universe is some how worst for it, and Twilight is either the cause or the way to stop it.

From what I've gathered here, someone appeared to have been erased from time and space in the first panel, however, I'm having trouble determining who it is, the only thing I can get it out of it is that it's a she and she's got purple eyes. The second panel shows Spike, in pain as his wings are fading away from existence, but I've noticed another thing. You've added in the FiM representation of Spike as well as the Sparkle Universe, crossing them together as if both universes are crashing into each other. The third panel, this is the first time you've introduced Fluttershy into the universe, I can only assume it's Fluttershy for now, but as for the tail... There's gotta be a reason to why you've put this in or perhaps I'm over-analysing it. Perhaps a new dragon character, or Discord, that's all I can guess. As for the fourth panel... I got nothing other than Twilight being prophesied as a saviour or destroyer.
So here's what I'm getting at: A certain universe has been shattered, different realities are happening and one of them is your universe. One day, everything erupts, the universe with Spike having wings changed him, storing him into a different reality, your reality where he doesn't contain wings, and lots of other changes happening. "This isn't our home." It's not Equestria, but your version of Equestria.

Really? Wow, I thought I was way off, to be honest. Sad to hear about Cadence, although, you haven't necessarily confirmed any deaths yet, but judging by her body simply withering away, I can only assume the worse. Oh, I forgot you did put "Some cease to exist."
