He's going to learn Twilight's "overreactions" to her parents are in fact not that.
OR! We're going to have a silly story of Twilight being embarassed by her family!

Spike's still a kid. A very clever and mature kid for setting this up, but asking Twi about her parents after sending the invitations led to turmoil and confusion that he doesn't yet know how to handle.

While I don't think it was proper for Spike to be so underhanded about it, maybe this is what Twilight needs in order to tie some loose ends and learn a lesson. Β Not saying it's morally right, but...idk. Β We'll have to see how this plays out. Β Hindsight is 20-20 after all.
