I did this drawing about a month(?) ago, and just now remembered I never uploaded it.In my head canon where Ted is alive/comes back from the dead/whatever, he and Booster mentor Jaime together, like the gay superhero uncles they are.
Perspective is hard, and I am now not so sure about adding Skeet's shark fin-looking tail...maybe I'll get rid of it later.

I like them mentoring him, and him still being Blue Beetle and Ted being Blue Beetle. Showing the readers its ok that they both exist at the same time. (Kate Bishop and Clint Barton are both called Hawkeye in Marvel comics.) I also like the idea of him becoming part of the gang. Ted, Jaime, Booster, and Skeets.

"head canon" I like that term. I use that a bunch too. I find myself using it to explain horror remakes, comic movie inconsistencies and inexplicable horrors like killing Ted, Ralph, Sue, Ice, etc.

If only...though at least we kinda got to see this on Smallville in a way though...I loved that episode! Though it's too bad that Ted & Booster weren't friends like they were in the comics.

I know, I was thinking the same thing! We got one-half mentoring with Booster taking Jaime under his wing at the end of the episode. But didn't Ted also say he was going to monitor Jaime since it was his tech (sorta) that got welded to Jaime's spine? If only there was the possibility of a spinoff...
